Eateries are widely available on the south shore. You can choose from Hawaiian, and organic, to luscious seafood, having also the option to "eat as much as you like" at the local casinos or a snack at one of the local cafes.
Straight off the mountain, the Pub Tahoe has a 360-degree panoramic view of the lake. Aprés-skiing is limitless, with its stadium-sized casinos with spectacular stage shows, including big-name artists.
Heavenly offers a truly unique ambience for a ski resort.
Fire and Ice is also a great choice for an alternative meal....watch as the chefs cook the food you have chosen right in front of your faces....watch out for the flying knives though!
There is an adventure park with tubing and sledding for children, and snowmobiling on the mountain can be an option. You can also try hot air ballooning or a boat trip across the lake.
